If liability is established despite the above, such liability shall in all cases be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant product or service.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Website or its content without prior written consent from Joanne’s Wardrobe.


5. Orders and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the following business day

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information

Joanne’s Wardrobe is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information or third-party logistics providers.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the order

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval

Joanne’s Wardrobe reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.


7. Payments and Pricing

We accept multiple payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other supported providers.

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. No rights can be derived from pricing errors or inaccuracies.


8. Import Duties and Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by authorities in the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are not covered by Joanne’s Wardrobe.


9. Shipping From Third Countries

Products may be shipped directly from suppliers located in third countries. Joanne’s Wardrobe acts as an intermediary and does not perform import procedures. All international logistics are handled by the supplier.


10. Risk of Delays and Additional Charges

By placing an order, you acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to delays or additional fees, including customs inspections or taxes. These risks and costs are fully assumed by the Customer. Joanne’s Wardrobe is not liable for such delays or charges.
