30-Day Return Policy
At Joanne’s Wardrobe, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns are sent to our warehouse in Asia.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you return authorization details and clear instructions, including the return address of our warehouse in Asia. -
Prepare your return
Carefully package the item, preferably using the original packaging, and ensure all included components are returned. -
Ship the item
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. -
Provide tracking information
After shipping, please share the tracking details with us to help us process your return more efficiently.

Refund timeline: After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help arrange an exchange. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
