Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

We work diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated timelines:

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM: Processed the same or the following business day

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Estimated shipping time: 9–12 business days within Canada

  • Estimated total delivery time: 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier-related delays.

All orders shipped within Canada qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Issues

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s Track & Trace system.
